Found this post on one of my fave Gossip Blogs (http://www.bricksandstonesgossip.com/) today… wanted to share… :
Eight years ago today, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston wed in a star-studded, $1 million ceremony in Malibu, CA. “We were engaged for a year-and-a-half, and we just got married when it felt right,” Pitt, then 36, has said of their decision to tie the knot. In her vows, Aniston, then 31, promised to always make Pitt his “favorite banana milk shake.” Pitt, in turn, vowed to “split the difference on the thermostat.”
While exchanging rings, the couple declared: “With this ring, I thee wed… so that all the world may know my love for you.” Aniston later recalled: “Nothing is more moving than seeing a man cry at his own wedding.”
Hollywood’s golden couple split in January 2005 under speculation that the actor had turned to Mr. & Mrs Smith co-star Angelina Jolie. “This decision is one of much thoughtful consideration,” Pitt and Aniston said in a statement about their breakup. “We happily remain committed and caring friends with great love and admiration for one another.”

We had SO much fun at the SOLD OUT Rascal Flatts Show!!! We didn’t get to see all of Taylor Swift because we sat in a bit of traffic on our way there, but we did catch the last few songs and WOW she is SUPER talented and I just loved hearing her sing.
Had to show you a pic of just how many people were there!! I can’t decide which was my fave - hearing them sing “God Bless the Broken Road” or “Take Me There”… they are SO GOOD!

We decided to leave the show before it was over to avoid the Blossom traffic, but after we left, Taylor Swift came out on stage and sang with the boys!!

ALSO, our GRAND PRIZE winner Tracey who won tickets to the show and Bud Light Lounge sent this email and a few of her own pix:
I just wanted to thank you and everyone else at Q104 for giving me tickets to the Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift concert at Blossom last Friday. The concert was incredible and I had an amazing time! All of my friends were incredibly jealous! So thank you again and I’ll definitely keep listening to Q104! You guys are awesome!

Latest Bachelor Returns to, Well,
Bachelorhood
By Natalie Finn Thu Jul 24, 1:46 PM PDTWe…are…shocked!
Former Bachelor Matt Grant and the recipient of his most important rose, actress Shayne Lamas, have broken off their engagement after publicly pretending that they were meant to be for two whole months, People reports.
“We tried hard to make it work but we realized that we were both heading in different directions,” the duo said in a statement. “We truly care about each other and will remain close friends.”
Just so long as they don’t have to spend any time with each other, apparently.
The pair had been plagued by reports of trouble in paradise ever since Grant chose Lamas over Chelsea Wanstrath on the season finale of The Bachelor’s 12th season, but each continued to deny that the fact that they were no longer living together or that they were never seen in the same place meant that they weren’t still planning to tie the knot.
“This stuff makes us stronger,” Grant, 27, said last month.
No word yet on whether Lamas, 22, returned the 2.85-carat sparkler her British beau used to seal the deal in May.
Anyway, that makes 10 out of 11 Bachelors (not including the not-ready-for-a-relationship Brad Womack) who have opted out of the matches they made during their stints on the ABC series.

Ashtabula APL has an overflow of kitties! They need to find homes for 94 furry friends in the next two weeks, otherwise they’ll be euthanized. I know it’s far, but here’s the best part: They’re only $5 and they’re already spayed/neutered! I saw this story on the news last night, and it broke my heart. I had to do my part and get the word out there. So if you or anyone else you know is looking for a cuddly companion, please consider heading to the Ashtabula APL in the next two weeks to save some of these poor kitties. The workers at the shelter are desperate to find them homes.Think about it: you would normally pay anywhere between $30-90 to adopt…and sometimes that doesn’t even include them being fixed already.
